CANTAB Alzheimer's

The CANTAB Alzheimer’s battery is designed to rapidly assess the key domains of cognitive decline seen in dementia. The tests have proven sensitive to measuring deterioration in cognition over even relatively short periods. They have also shown to be effective in detecting drug effects over short time courses. The test forms recommended here are tolerable for patients with dementia and the battery is designed to best assess cognition during the mild to moderate stages of Alzheimer’s disease (scores of approximately 14-26 on the MMSE).

More than 60 papers have been published on CANTAB in Alzheimer's disease.
